Skid Steer Auger

A Skid Steer Auger is a hydraulic-powered drilling attachment designed to be mounted on skid steer loaders, compact track loaders and other compatible compact construction machines. It is used for efficiently drilling clean, accurately positioned holes in soil and other ground conditions.

The attachment typically consists of a hydraulic motor, planetary or direct-drive gearbox, auger shaft, helical flighting, cutting teeth and skid-steer mounting plate. Different auger bits and drive units can be selected according to the required hole diameter, soil condition and machine hydraulic capacity.
