Drill Pipe
Drill Pipe is a seamless, heavy-duty steel tubular used to transmit rotary torque, drilling fluid (mud), and axial loads from the drilling rig to the drill bit during oil and gas drilling operations. It forms the primary component of the Drill String, connecting the surface drilling equipment to the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA). Designed to withstand high torque, tension, compression, and cyclic fatigue, drill pipes are manufactured in accordance with API Spec 5DP and are suitable for both onshore and offshore drilling environments.
Our drill pipes are available in a wide range of sizes, grades, and connection types to meet the requirements of conventional, directional, horizontal, and deepwater drilling operations.
Features
Manufactured from seamless, high-strength alloy steel.
Designed to API Spec 5DP and API 7-1 standards.
High tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Precision-machined API or premium threaded tool joints.
Internal and external coating options for corrosion protection.
Excellent torque transmission capabilities.
Compatible with rotary and top drive drilling systems.
Suitable for HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) wells.
Resistant to wear, abrasion, and impact loading.
Available in standard and premium connection designs.
